I’ve lived here for over a year now, & I can honestly say I love it. The apartment itself is clean, modern, & really feels like home. The layout is spacious, and everything has been well-maintained during my time here. The management team has been consistently responsive & helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a huge difference. The community is quiet, safe, & friendly, and I’ve always felt comfortable living here. The location is also super convenient & close to everything I need. Overall, my experience has been great, & I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed apartment to call home.

I have lived at ORA in North KC for almost 1 year. My wife and I absolutely love it. It close to both of our jobs and love the pool and clubhouse. Our unit door trash service is a game changer. We have never had any issues with theft and feel safe coming home no matter the time. Rachel and the front office are great advocates for this community. They respond so quickly to any concerns and always know everyone’s name. My wife and I are so pleased, we just signed up for another year.

I lived at Ora for about a year and half and really enjoyed my time there other than the location (felt a little bit isolated since most my friends live closer to downtown). Solid staff, reasonable price, and decent location if you want to be close to downtown but not downtown. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced apartment just north of downtown. Going to miss the staff here so so much!

Nice place to live overall. I've lived here since they opened and haven't had any major issues. Good location and friends complement my apartment when they come over. Maintenance requests were fast and lease renewal rate was reasonable. Staff is friendly. It is noisy. I think they should at least sound proof the hallways and make the exterior doors quieter as a relatively simple fix to the noise problem. I can hear my neighbors doing EVERYTHING. I just play my guitar and annoy them back so all is good

My experience at Ora has been incredible! I’ve lived here for two years and it has been the best community to be a part of. Anytime I have questions about my ledger, the office is very quick to respond and they are always so pleasant when doing so. The staff is very kind and helpful in general. Though I might not always love the answer provided, they are very good about following the lease and showing me details I may have overlooked when moving in. Grounds and amenities are well-kept, maintenance is always on top of it, and this is my the best part of KC to live in. I HIGHLY recommend Ora to anyone looking for a new home.

So far, we have been residing at Ora for one month! It has been a splendid experience. It was a very warm and welcoming vibe, and it’s very personable. Indi was the agent who showed us around, and then Grace helped us to our room day of move-in. They’ve both been great about answering questions, and it feels like a genuine sense of community which is what I was looking for when I moved here! It’s very at home, and we got to have our cats featured on their instagram. I’m in the works of referring one of my friends to live here, because he toured it when helping us move and also loved the place! Very spacious, and very clean. Their social media app also brings forth a sense of community, and I like seeing what all of my neighbors have to post there! Even bought some things off of people who were moving for quite the bargain. Thank you again, Ora, for providing me with my new home. I hope to stay here for a long time coming.

The maintenance team at Ora is top notch. Every time I've ever had an issue, it's been handled in a timely manner. In addition, all of the routine maintenance is done swiftly and with precision. I've only met Damon briefly, but he is a very nice person.

The team at Ora is amazing! They are always so helpful and friendly. Ora is very close to some delicious food spots like Hawaiian Bros, Old Chicago, Iron District, and so much more! It’s also right by a very nice walking and biking trail. Definitely check out Ora if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

I love living at Ora Apartments. Ever since I have moved in there has been limited issues, if one arises they are quick to respond and maintenance team is on it. The ladies in the office are very friendly and are always willing to answer questions. Ora is located in a prime spot as well, 10-15 minutes from downtown and a walk away from the Iron District. There is also a distillery, brewery, and pickleball close!

The community is also in such a wonderful location! It's close to downtown but also close to the North KC suburbs. I LOVE my home here!

I love living at Ora :) This is me and my girlfriend’s first apartment together and we couldn’t be happier. It’s absolutely beautiful and with all the amenities it has something to offer everybody. It’s very clean and quiet. We have had no issues. Other than lack of parking spots but that’s not really something that can be helped. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems if there are any and front desk is always very helpful and accommodating. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking for their new home :)

We have lived here for about a month now and really enjoy it. It's quiet, and they had maintenance come quickly for something I wasn't concerned about but they wanted to make the moment right, which shows how much they put pride in their facility.There are a lot of events to join so I feel like I'm truly a part of a community, hoping those last! Their rules are pretty strict, but I believe that's how they keep the place looking beautiful, smelling nice, and feeling safe. Overall, it's the first time I've actually felt at home in an apartment and I'm hoping to live here for many years!

Since we moved in we have been extremely happy with our new home. We love the amenities and have taken advantage of the Paw Spa and the Dog Park. The Leasing Agents are awesome and throw fabulous get togethers so we have a real sense of community. I am trying to get my old neighbors to move to the Ora.

My fiancé first toured this place and was impressed from the start. The staff is very welcoming. We decided to apply and the process was seamless. If I had questions they answered the phone and were able to guide us on what to do. Their move in packet was informative and helpful the welcome home gift a great touch to finish our warm welcome the day we moved in. I really like their amenities, the gym, and office work spaces was a plus for me. The dog park, and dog spa! They have few areas where you can grill. We are looking forward to being apart of their events. This coming week they have a dog tick or treat event! can’t wait to enjoy the pool next year! I’m really glad we chose Ora has our next place to live. We were really busy and stressed about having to move but they made things easy for us! Thank you!

Great apartment complex! 2 things I don’t like here…. 1. DOG PARK IS SO SMALL. 2. PARKING SUCKS. I feel like it would be better if we had assigned parking. idk, office would know who lives where and assign a parking spot where they don’t have to walk so far. I get home from work really late and I have to park all the way almost by the dog park and I live right by the trash! I know its not that far but I’m so tired and last thing I wanna do is walk lol and I live on the 3rd floor.

I lived here for a year right as they were first leasing so some construction was still going on, no big deal. I’ll start with the cons Cons: dog park is the size of a small garage, so not worth going to unless you have a Chihuahua. There were multiple reports of cars getting stolen or broken into - not the apartment complex’s fault directly but adding security cameras might have been a good move after the second incident… Classic low quality builder grade apartments that look aesthetically pleasing but are super cheap. Really thin walls so you can hear your neighbors and people going up and down the stairs. AVOID THE FIRST FLOOR. During heavy rain it’ll flood inside and it ruined my couch and TV stand from water damage. In addition A-LOT of bugs will come in despite the pest control. The Pros: Really nice maintenance and leasing staff. Nice gym, nice pool and BBQ area. Felt relatively safe coming home at 2am and walking through the parking lot. Really good location close to Armor Blvd in North KC and only

Multiple ATT internet outages that last majority of day. As you pay Ora directly for internet they do not reimburse you for outages. Not good for work from home folks. Rail yard is also an issue. Trains honk throughout night/morning and will wake you up from time to time. Living space and amenities are nice overall. Parking is okay, not assigned, people often double park
