my fiancée and i love living at Ora. the amenities are wonderful, we were both able to cancel our gym memberships and save some money because of the 24/7 gym on site! we love the coffee maker and ice maker in the lounge, both are great touches that we use often. the staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and supportive. maintenance is AMAZING. they are so helpful and prompt. my AC went out during this latest heat wave, and it (of course) managed to happen on the only day of the week that the office is closed! that fact didn’t stop them from being prompt. maintenance, Trevor specifically, was in my apartment *within the hour* of me calling the emergency line, and had my AC working as good as new within 5 minutes. he even showed me a trick to fix it myself if the same issue occurred again, which is a simple switch in my breaker box. THANK YOU SO MUCH TREVOR! i could go on for hours, but just know that your experience living at Ora will be positive and smooth as can be!

I’ve been a resident at Ora Apartment Complex for over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. This has been my first apartment lease in 15 years and it's been a wonderful experience! Rachel and Grace in the front office are extremely helpful, always available for any issues or concerns, or just available in general. I have lived here for a little over 1 year now and I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. Rachel, Grace, Mitchell, and all of the maintenance staff are fantastic, being attentive to needs. They also go above and beyond their normal duties by keeping a personal and professional relationship. The amenities are a nice touch. Gym is clean, and the pool is always on the upkeep. It is an "apartment" complex, and that does come with downsides. Rest assured, I find those irrelevant. It would be the same thing at any other complex. It is those who define why Ora in North Kansas City is a great place.

Ora is awesome, I’m moving out of Kansas City but will be sad to leave Ora. The front office staff, Rachel, Grace, and Mitchell are all fantastic at what they do and know how to make you feel at home. The amenities are always clean and in great condition. I’ve only needed to put in one work order but the issue was fixed quickly, shoutout to Trevor and his maintenance staff! Y’all really do go above and beyond for your residents and have created such a great sense of community for everyone who lives here. Keep working hard and being yourselves!

I absolutely love Rachel, Mitchel and Grace! They are so great to deal with and they are able to handle most issues right away and with smile. I’ve been living here at Ora KC 2 years and the apartments are beautiful, amenities are incredible and maintenance is fast. Because the apartments are new there’s minimal maintenance issues, residents are typically friendly and respectful. Will be staying here for a while.

These apartments are well-maintained with multiple cozy and convenient amenities such as a balcony/patio area and washer/dryer machine in every unit; the quartz countertops, large closet space, and open concept floorplans create a modern and elevated vibe in every apartment unit. Shared spaces in the apartment complex are also well-maintained with enjoyable amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, and office/work spaces available to residents. The nearby railroad tracks and view of the city are picturesque. The staff that work at Ora are professional, warm, and welcoming to all. Shout-out to Grace, who has been extremely approachable, informative, helpful, and kind throughout my residence at Ora. I am in heaven at Ora. We viewed several properties before choosing Ora and we know we made the right choice. Everything from the tour, move in, and living here over the last two months has been amazing! Grace and the entire team are true gems. They go out of their way to make sure the community of residents enjoy their space. They are attentive to resident needs and go the extra mile to plan fun events. The location is in the heart of North Kansas City, within walking distance to Iron District and a Starbucks, with quick highway access via armor road or 16th street. So, location, location, location! The tour was great, the apartment was well staged and the amenities are plenty. I loved everything I saw. It’s accessible to everything. The park, the library, food. If you have kids, schools. The price is high, however, there’s a lot that’s offered. Washer and dryers in the unit, the package area, pool , gym, and the cabinets close on their own, that was so cool! So I think the price fits the place.

I’ve been living here for 7 months now and I don’t want my lease to ever end haha. Between the 3 apartments I’ve lived at in the KC area, this is by far the best one. Rent is affordable and the UI for payments is flawless, packages are delivered and kept safely, their gym is spacious, parking has never been a problem, the area is well lit and safe at night, and the rules regarding cleanliness/pets are enforced very well. Our corner unit is also beautiful, as it has plenty of natural light. Shoutout to Grace for always helping with our questions and to Rachel for helping with all of our leasing stuff.

I have lived at ORA in North KC for almost 1 year. My wife and I absolutely love it. It close to both of our jobs and love the pool and clubhouse. Our unit door trash service is a game changer. We have never had any issues with theft and feel safe coming home no matter the time. Rachel and the front office are great advocates for this community. They respond so quickly to any concerns and always know everyone’s name. My wife and I are so pleased, we just signed up for another year.

I lived at Ora for about a year and half and really enjoyed my time there other than the location (felt a little bit isolated since most my friends live closer to downtown). Solid staff, reasonable price, and decent location if you want to be close to downtown but not downtown. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced apartment just north of downtown. Going to miss the staff here so so much!

Nice place to live overall. I've lived here since they opened and haven't had any major issues. Good location and friends complement my apartment when they come over. Maintenance requests were fast and lease renewal rate was reasonable. Staff is friendly. It is noisy. I think they should at least sound proof the hallways and make the exterior doors quieter as a relatively simple fix to the noise problem. I can hear my neighbors doing EVERYTHING. I just play my guitar and annoy them back so all is good

My experience at Ora has been incredible! I’ve lived here for two years and it has been the best community to be a part of. Anytime I have questions about my ledger, the office is very quick to respond and they are always so pleasant when doing so. The staff is very kind and helpful in general. Though I might not always love the answer provided, they are very good about following the lease and showing me details I may have overlooked when moving in. Grounds and amenities are well-kept, maintenance is always on top of it, and this is my the best part of KC to live in. I HIGHLY recommend Ora to anyone looking for a new home.

So far, we have been residing at Ora for one month! It has been a splendid experience. It was a very warm and welcoming vibe, and it’s very personable. Indi was the agent who showed us around, and then Grace helped us to our room day of move-in. They’ve both been great about answering questions, and it feels like a genuine sense of community which is what I was looking for when I moved here! It’s very at home, and we got to have our cats featured on their instagram. I’m in the works of referring one of my friends to live here, because he toured it when helping us move and also loved the place! Very spacious, and very clean. Their social media app also brings forth a sense of community, and I like seeing what all of my neighbors have to post there! Even bought some things off of people who were moving for quite the bargain. Thank you again, Ora, for providing me with my new home. I hope to stay here for a long time coming.

I love living at Ora Apartments. Ever since I have moved in there has been limited issues, if one arises they are quick to respond and maintenance team is on it. The ladies in the office are very friendly and are always willing to answer questions. Ora is located in a prime spot as well, 10-15 minutes from downtown and a walk away from the Iron District. There is also a distillery, brewery, and pickleball close!

I love living at Ora :) This is me and my girlfriend’s first apartment together and we couldn’t be happier. It’s absolutely beautiful and with all the amenities it has something to offer everybody. It’s very clean and quiet. We have had no issues. Other than lack of parking spots but that’s not really something that can be helped. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems if there are any and front desk is always very helpful and accommodating. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking for their new home :)

We have lived here for about a month now and really enjoy it. It's quiet, and they had maintenance come quickly for something I wasn't concerned about but they wanted to make the moment right, which shows how much they put pride in their facility.There are a lot of events to join so I feel like I'm truly a part of a community, hoping those last! Their rules are pretty strict, but I believe that's how they keep the place looking beautiful, smelling nice, and feeling safe. Overall, it's the first time I've actually felt at home in an apartment and I'm hoping to live here for many years!

Since we moved in we have been extremely happy with our new home. We love the amenities and have taken advantage of the Paw Spa and the Dog Park. The Leasing Agents are awesome and throw fabulous get togethers so we have a real sense of community. I am trying to get my old neighbors to move to the Ora.

My fiancé first toured this place and was impressed from the start. The staff is very welcoming. We decided to apply and the process was seamless. If I had questions they answered the phone and were able to guide us on what to do. Their move in packet was informative and helpful the welcome home gift a great touch to finish our warm welcome the day we moved in. I really like their amenities, the gym, and office work spaces was a plus for me. The dog park, and dog spa! They have few areas where you can grill. We are looking forward to being apart of their events. This coming week they have a dog tick or treat event! can’t wait to enjoy the pool next year! Lived at the Ora for about two years. For the most part it was enjoyable. Close to the city but far away at the same time. The management has been great and are willing to solve problems right away. They host events often and willing to hear out what others want. They all know your face and where you live which makes the experience more personal. The gym is pretty good, best part is the peloton. They keep up on parking and will tow if necessary. The complex needs cameras inside and more outside in the lots. A lot of breaks have happened and I myself have watched a lot of things happen in the parking lot late at night that doesn’t need to happen. People smoke on property and inside causing smoke to get into your apartment. That’s not the managements issue but the community issue. You can hear loud vehicles start in the morning, your neighbors, and the highway through windows. Makes me think the windows aren’t sealed well. People also need to pick up after their pets inside the hallways and outside. All around

Great apartment complex! 2 things I don’t like here…. 1. DOG PARK IS SO SMALL. 2. PARKING SUCKS. I feel like it would be better if we had assigned parking. idk, office would know who lives where and assign a parking spot where they don’t have to walk so far. I get home from work really late and I have to park all the way almost by the dog park and I live right by the trash! I know its not that far but I’m so tired and last thing I wanna do is walk lol and I live on the 3rd floor.

I lived here for a year right as they were first leasing so some construction was still going on, no big deal. I’ll start with the cons Cons: dog park is the size of a small garage, so not worth going to unless you have a Chihuahua. There were multiple reports of cars getting stolen or broken into - not the apartment complex’s fault directly but adding security cameras might have been a good move after the second incident… Classic low quality builder grade apartments that look aesthetically pleasing but are super cheap. Really thin walls so you can hear your neighbors and people going up and down the stairs. AVOID THE FIRST FLOOR. During heavy rain it’ll flood inside and it ruined my couch and TV stand from water damage. In addition A-LOT of bugs will come in despite the pest control. The Pros: Really nice maintenance and leasing staff. Nice gym, nice pool and BBQ area. Felt relatively safe coming home at 2am and walking through the parking lot. Really good location close to Armor Blvd in North KC and only

Multiple ATT internet outages that last majority of day. As you pay Ora directly for internet they do not reimburse you for outages. Not good for work from home folks. Rail yard is also an issue. Trains honk throughout night/morning and will wake you up from time to time. Living space and amenities are nice overall. Parking is okay, not assigned, people often double park
